The entire team at Fleming & Curti is fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. Robert is an expert in trust and estate planning, elder law, disability law and special needs trusts. He and his staff take the time to honestly care. Robert and Amy are always right there for us in matters that would otherwise seem overwhelmingly complex and daunting. Knowing our family is in such wonderful hands means the world to us. Amelia and her staff helped us with life planning and organizing our insurance and assets — they were all unfailingly polite, generous, friendly, and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, the documents were all in order — and in the one case where they were not, everything was corrected instantly and completely. Planning for the future is never easy, but it’s so important, and Amelia and her office made it as simple and stress-free as possible. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Elderlaw to anyone with legal needs. « less

Victoria Collier and her staff have been wonderful helping us to protect my 89 year old mother’s assets. Sherry Postell personally went to the bank with me to set up a Trust for my mom and she has guided us in how to manage mom’s huge bills for long-term care. Chris Ashcraft was able to get full VA benefits for my mom (my deceased father was in World War II) and we didn’t even know these benefits were available. Victoria Collier personally visited my mom in her long-term care facility and was so gentle and thorough explaining everything to her. She assured my mom that she (Victoria) was my MOM’s attorney (not mine) and would be looking after her best interest. Mom keeps Victoria’s card with her at all times for reassurance. Thanks to the work of this firm, we will not have to sell my mom’s beloved home until she is deceased, and that means the world to this amazing 89 year old woman. « less

Jack Rosenkranz and his excellent team have taken care of my parents (estate planning, applying and getting approved for Medicaid) for the last 10 years. We cannot say enough great things about how diligent they are in resolving eldercare issues. Not only did they get my father on the Medicaid program – but now they have gotten my mother approved for Medicaid as well. Brook Crumrine is the most compassionate, calm and caring advocate as the ‘elder care coach’ and handles all issues for the patient while they are in the various facilities – be it Independent Living / Assisted Living or Nursing Homes. Rachel Iampieri, the senior paralegal in the office, is fast and efficient – always returns emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.
If you need an eldercare attorney – there is none other than Jack Rosenkranz. You will be well taken care of!! « less
Our recent experience in several firms backs this up:
- An elder law firm’s new marketing coordinator stated:
‘I know it is working because a number of recent clients have said: I searched, you came up, I read your reviews, so I called’
- At our oldest and largest law firm, the owner of a digital marketing agency stated:
‘I see the online reviews page is often the last page viewed before they click ‘Contact Us’
